After login, candidate will get the option for Search Job button on Dashboard. Candidate can go to search page directly from Side Menu option too. Candidate can filter the job search criteria according to need. Search result can be view in grid view or map view. You can view result near to your current location or any specific location.
After going the Job search result page, candidate can click on Apply button to go to apply page. Candidate can go to apply page from job detail page too. On Apply page, intro video is required for applying for a job.
This is the video for recruiter. Candidate make this video by giving answer of questions asked during recording. Candidate can make as many as time they need to make. It is the more like the first impression for recruiter.
Intro Questions are based on Functional Area and Job Role. It is recommended that if candidate update the Functional Area or Job role then they must retake the Intro Video.
Yes, if you are applying directly. If you are giving interview on invitation then it is not required. For good impression, it is prefer to have Intro Video.
No, There is only one intro video at a time but, recruiter will see candidate intro video on applied jobs same as candidate have at the time of applying job. Recruiter can see latest intro video from candidate profile too.
Intro Video will not deleted on changing the profile. It is recommended that if you change Functional Area or Job Role in profile then retake the intro video as Questions are belong to Functional Area and Job Role.
Candidate can give video interview in two ways. One way is to apply for the job and recruiter will shortlist candidate and ask for giving interview. Another way is, when Recruiter send the invitation for interview without you applying for a job. In both case, candidate will see the button for Interview and can submit the interview video. Interview video is giving only one time.
Candidate will see Applied Jobs button on Dashboard. On Applied Jobs, they can see the pending interviews.
Candidate will see the button of Applied Jobs on Dashboard. They can see all the applied jobs under that page.
There is a button for Edit Profile. Candidate can change it at any time. Candidate can change the profile pic from dashboard too by clicking on profile pic.
There is a Setting option in side Menu. Candidate can stop/start any push notification/email from that page.
While editing the profile, candidate will see the option “Not Looking For Change”. On choosing this, candidate’s profile will not be shown to recruiter on normal search. If recruiter opt for seeing the candidate “Not Looking For Change” then your profile will be shown to Recruiter.
There is an option “Refer to a Friend” in side Menu. Candidate can share app from it.

Posting a job is very simple. Recruiter can see the link either on side menu or on dashboard after login.

Recruiter can make the question templates by selecting the pre-defined questions bank or their own questions. These interview templates will be used while posting the jobs.
While posting a job, recruiter needs to select the questions for the video interview. Recruiter will see all the Interview templates in the drop down and they can select the template to choose the questions from that template.
On the side menu, recruiter will see the link “My Interview Templates”. From here, recruiter can manage all the interview templates build by them.

This feature is for getting help from the coordinates. Recruiter can share the video interview to colleagues through email and they can give the rating. This rating will be shown as average to recruiter in job application.
